Can I add items or modify or cancel my order after it is placed ?

Off course you can.

Please call us at 1800-2700-223 (Toll-free) immediately if you would like to add, modify or cancel the order. During call please keep your "ORDER NO" with you for reference.

Can I return an item, If I am not satisfied with ?

Off Course you can.

We maintain an absolute "No question asked" return policy at the time of delivery. If you are not satisfied with the excellence, price or quality of the products, please do return the necessary items to the delivery executive at the time of delivery. The delivery executive will take the items back and process the entire refund at the same time.

How will I get my amount back if I cancel my order after online payment?

In case of online payment, If you cancel your order for any reason,your amount will be refunded directly to your bank account within 7 business days but cancellation must be done before the order is dispatched from our end, otherwise no cancellations would be entertained.

Till when can I place a return request?

We follow a 10 days return policy after your order is placed with us. Your returns will be processed within 24 hours of your request.

For "Pink Delight" products we follow an open & used packets return policy. If you are not satisfied with the quality, just let us know.
