Pulses

Pulses in India are the main source of proteins and India is largest producer and consumer of pulses. Sambar and dal is a staple diet for most Indians. Indian pulses are usually available in three types: the whole pulse, the split pulse with the skins on, and the split pulse with the skins removed. They include grams, moong dal, black gram, lentils and peas. Now days organic pulses are increasing in market since they are free from chemicals and grown completely natural. Adding pulses to your diet is a great way to eat healthier. They are so full of protein, fiber, iron and so many other nutrients.
